Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently provide delivery to the following regions within British Columbia:

- Vancouver Island

- Lower Mainland

- Sea-to-Sky Region (including Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton)

We do not ship outside these regions at this time.

Deliveries to PO boxes are not supported.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders within eligible delivery regions.

All orders require 1–2 business days of processing time prior to shipment.

Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

To prevent shipments from being held in transit over a weekend:

- Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays in the summer and Monday to Thursday in the fall, winter and spring

- All shipments are sent using Purolator Express.

- Exceptions may apply where guaranteed next-day delivery is available within the Island or Lower Mainland.

Delivery timelines are measured in business days.

Posted delivery estimates are not guaranteed; weather, courier volume, and route conditions may cause delays.

We are not responsible for delays that occur once the package is in transit with the carrier.

Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or ineligible delivery addresses (including PO boxes) may be delayed or cancelled.
