Returns & Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse, only defective or damaged items are eligible for return and refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your financial institution).

Returns - Kombucha

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or fail to be of acceptable quality. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will provide you with an address to send your item back, or arrange for a courier to collect the item. Please do not refuse delivery from the courier driver unless it is damaged, and not acceptable to receive in its condition. Please take a photo of any damage and ask the driver to make a note of this damage on the delivery note.

Returns - Apparel

All apparel must be returned to the printing facility noted on the packing slip of your order with 4 weeks. Our printing partner does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund. Please note some couriers may charge a re-delivery fee if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Canceled Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit, this extends to late deliveries caused via Couriers. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
